At Tank Top Supplier, we stand behind the quality of our garments and the care we put into every production run. While most of our products are custom-made and non-returnable, we have a fair and structured return-resolution process in place to support our partners in case of defects or fulfillment errors.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
Because we are a custom manufacturer, returns are not accepted for reasons such as size choice, color change, or preference-related issues once the final production is approved. However, we will review and resolve any of the following issues:

Products that are manufactured with incorrect specs compared to approved samples or PO

Items with visible manufacturing defects (e.g., holes, incorrect stitching, unapproved branding)

Short shipments or wrong product sent

Damage caused during packaging (not shipping carrier-related)
⏱ Notice must be given within 7 days of receiving the goods.
2. Resolution Options
If your case is valid, we may offer one or more of the following solutions:

Free remake of the affected items (if quantity justifies)

Partial refund or credit toward your next order

Return shipping cost reimbursement, if authorized

In-house QC photos or third-party inspection support for large orders

3. How to Report an Issue
Please prepare the following when reporting an issue:

Order Number & Date

Photos of the issue (close-up and overview)
-
Detailed description of the defect or concern

Quantity affected
-
Any relevant comparison with the approved sample (if available)
4. Shipping Damage or Delays
If the product was damaged during shipping, please report the issue to the courier immediately and take photos of the packaging. While this is typically out of our control, we are happy to assist in filing claims with logistics partners when applicable.
5. Custom Orders Are Final
As every garment we produce is made to order — with unique sizing, design, branding, and fabric — we cannot accept returns due to:

Change of mind after approval

Size deviations within the ±1–1.5cm industry tolerance

Color variations caused by screen differences or natural dye shifts
📌 Samples and pre-production mockups are recommended before full production.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of deposit confirmation, and only if production has not started. Once fabric is cut or printing begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
